Are you looking for a way to learn new skills but just don’t have the money to make it all happen? The Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia have teamed up to provide the Employment Skills Access program. It provides tuition free training for low skilled individuals living in BC. Those that complete the program earn certificates and credentials in different career fields. The ESA program is offered at 17 post secondary institutions across the province. There are some eligibility requirements that you have to meet in order to qualify for the program.
